Enemy of exposing himself beyond press conferences, Simeone has consolidated his stardom in Madrid. The city that served as a talisman when he was a player, where he always felt at ease as an alternative to the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, where he grew up under his mother's wife, Dona Nilda, and Don Carlos, his father, has been a constant before and after in his life. He is happy to coach Atletico and the club has made him his star signing. He leaves nothing to chance, aware of his fear of superstitions in an obsessive horoscope as he is.
The couple has resided until recently in the luxurious urbanization of La Finca in Pozuelo with their two children until they have moved to Serrano Street in Madrid and lead a life away from the media attention as possible.
